The length of anchor bolt is designed to give a full play to it'effect.According to the suspension work,Anchor bolt=anchor body length+reinforcement length+revealing length.Meanwhile,concerning the function of the combined beems,the length of anchor bolt is 1.2 times longer than the conbined beem's length add up with revealing length.The addtional length caused by the unstable outlines  in the process of excavating.
The length of anchorage should be caculated according experience and the depth of the soil that the anchor bolt has been drilled into.In addition,the mean of anchoring and the diameter of anchor bolt should also be taken into consideration.When caculating,the cohesiveness of grout and anchor bolt and the bonding stress of the borehle should be especially considered.
